About the Therapist
I offer a welcoming, confidential space where you'll feel respected, understood and valued as we work together toward the meaningful changes you want in your life.
I'm an experienced psychological therapist (dramatherapist) with many years of clinical practice, offering culturally-sensitive, anti-oppressive, queer-affirmative trauma-informed confidential therapy sessions in Central and East London and online. Beyond my clinical work, I serve as a clinical supervisor for therapists, counsellors and mental health professionals. I have also been holding managerial and leadership roles in different therapeutic settings.
I work with individuals, couples, families, organisations and groups for issues that include:
- trauma and PTSD,
- anxiety and depression,
- relationships,
- workplace stress and career issues,
- loss and bereavement,
- life transitions and personal development,
- discrimination / racialisation / systemic oppression, and
- exploration of gender / sexuality.
- Gay
- Queer
I hold an MA in Drama and Movement Therapy from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama (University of London) and have undertaken additional specialized training in Systemic Psychotherapy and Counselling. I am fully registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a senior accredited member of the British Association of Dramatherapists (BADth).

My approach combines dramatherapy, psychodynamic principles and systemic frameworks to create personalised therapeutic processes. I believe in the power of creative expression, imagination and embodied experience to facilitate deep healing and personal growth. In the sessions, I offer opportunities for using action-based methods, such as embodiment, breath-work, art-making and role work, but you are always the one to decide how much of these (if at all) feel the most beneficial to help you develop insights and tools for meaningful change.
With 8 years of clinical experience, I've worked extensively with diverse populations including adults and children of all ages who were:
- exploring issues from past trauma to current anxieties
- navigating neurodivergence and/or learning disabilities
- experiencing work or school related stress
- being racialised
- exploring gender and sexuality
- facing bullying, abuse or discrimination
- under social care and/or the asylum system
- studying in PRU, SEMH, SEND or mainstream schools
I have presented my work at several conferences organised by institutions such as the British Association of Dramatherapists, the European Federation of Dramatherapy, and the European Consortium of Arts Therapies, and I have written a chapter in an edited book on dramatherapy.
Alongside these, I have been working as a visiting lecturer, teaching dramatherapy modules in MA and BA university courses and supervising trainee therapists in placement. I have also been offering mental health training to other professionals (social workers, foster carers, accommodation providers, teachers and other therapists) specialised in the psychosocial experience of separated children.
