Therapy with Helen
About the Therapist
I'm Helen and, following my own journey of self-discovery and learning about the patriarchy and compulsory heteronormativity, I understand the complexities of living a heteronormative lifestyle when it doesn't quite feel authentic or true to yourself. I also understand the difficulties that can be faced when questioning your sexuality later-in-life and you have children or are in a hetero relationship.
