Trudi Pearce
About the Therapist
As a proud cis queer woman, many of my clients are LGBTQ+, seeking a safe space to untangle their presenting issues. These can be shame, trauma, emotional or physical abuse together with years of being misunderstood, seen or heard.Drawing on lived experience navigating the menopause and over 5 years working in a LGBTQ+ mental health charity, I bring unconditional positive regard and congruence to support healing, transformation and personal growth.
