Some of my own experiential touchstones are LGBTQ, GSRD (gender, sexuality and relationship diversity) and Neurodivergence. When not studying new things: I love walking dogs, feeding squirrels and making friends with crows.

Experience and approach:

Over 20 years I have gathered some of the best therapies for healing and growth, I have multiple methods for addressing questions commonly brought to therapy. Together we find what works best for your presenting themes - guided by my skillset, experience and your preferences.

Family Constellations: shed light and gain perspective on everyday issues. Can be applied to address intergenerational trauma, or practical / work / organisational questions too.
Transforming Touch (TEB): trauma informed support for healing developmental and childhood trauma, using touch or "intentional" touch online.
EMDR: eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing, healing the imprints (and associated beliefs) f past events.
Trauma Sensitive Breathwork: breath coaching, inner child healing, trauma sensitive tools supporting resilience and regulation in your nervous system.
The Wheel of Consent: a relationship agreement model and embodied practice, for clearer and more authentic communication in all areas of life.

As of 2026 I have offered nearly 3000 supervised 1-2-1 session hours and 300 workshop hours in my current practitioner role. I have accrued c.2000+ hours of training and CPD listed in detail on my Training and Experience page. I am insured with BGI. I receive regular individual supervision; I am part of a peer supervision group with GSRD, plurality and neurodivergent frames of reference.
