Unique Conversations
About the Therapist
I am Claire (she/her). I left France in my late 20s for London. I found myself later in life, came out and retrained as a counsellor.Â
Reaching out for your first session can feel overwhelming. You took this step, so you're already on your way. As a client, it's important to feel that we connect, so let's just start with a brief phone call to see if we are a good fit.

I originally trained as a person-centred therapist, then as a life coach and as a couple therapist. I have added tools from mindfulness, CBT, Psychodynamics and Emotionally Focused Therapy. I counselled & coached for several years in the charity sector, for a large health organisation & in private practice.
My approach is supportive, educational and gently challenging using the mind, the heart and the body.
I offer individual and couple counselling therapy, and life-coaching. Sessions are online, face-to-face in Wigan town centre, walk-and-talk therapy in Wigan and telephone-based.
