I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel daunting, particularly if you are already overwhelmed, anxious or unsure where to begin.

I trained at The Gestalt Centre London, completing both a Certificate and Diploma in Humanistic and Gestalt Counselling.

Alongside my private practice, I work within specialist charities supporting adult survivors of domestic abuse, sexual violence and childhood sexual abuse. This work has given me extensive experience supporting clients navigating complex, long-standing patterns including dissociation, chronic overwhelm and relational trauma.

I offer a free initial introductory video call or phone call where we can informally talk about what is bringing you to therapy and whether working together feels like the right fit for you.
