Victoria Scott
About the Therapist
Hi, I am Victoria (she/her). I am a queer, neurodivergent, Level 2 trained Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapist.
I offer IFS therapy to clients online, across the UK and internationally.
My approach is queer-affirming and neurodivergent-affirming. IFS works wonderfully for LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent folks. IFS helps us connect with, and support the parts of ourselves that have struggled to exist in a world that is shaped by injustice and oppression.
I am committed to providing therapy which is inclusive, non-pathologising and trauma-informed. This is a space for anyone who has felt misunderstood in mainstream therapy, seeking a validating environment and has an intention to explore their inner world, through IFS.Â

I am Level 2 trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy. I use IFS as my therapeutic approach. This is a space for compassion, presence and exploration. During therapy sessions, we’ll explore your inner world together, gently getting to know the different parts of you. These may be parts you don’t like, or parts you’ve learned to hide, reject, or struggle with. Often, they feel like they get in the way of your life. My hope is that through this process, you begin to feel more connected to your Self, with a growing sense of self-compassion, worth, relief and inner peace.
