About the Therapist

As a person-centred counsellor, you – the client – are the focus of our sessions. This is a non-directive approach, which puts you at the centre of the work we do together. I’m here to support you, and offer a safe, accepting, non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely, and take control of your emotional well-being.
