Wellbeing Hypnotherapy & Mindfulness
About the Therapist
Adrian Sonnex had a 20 year career in care work, working with adults with physical disabilities, learning difficulties, Autism, and challenging behaviour before becoming a Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and Hypnotherapist in 2007. Â He was a Samaritan Listening Volunteer for 5 years, and has also worked extensively with the British Red Cross.
Adrian specialises in helping clients with anxiety, depression, relationship issues and trauma. He works with survivors of incest, physical abuse, sexual abuse, emotional abuse, domestic violence, rape, sexual assault or other traumas, to process and resolve the effects of that trauma.
Holly Larner-Carey is a Hypnotherapist, working across the South West London and North Surrey area. She has a particular interest in issues surrounding sexuality and acceptance, reducing anxiety, and also working with children, teenagers and young adults. Â She also uses Hypnotherapy to help make changes to habits - most commonly to quit smoking or reduce alcohol consumption. Hypnotherapy is a very effective and efficient way to help change bad habits of all types.
