About the Therapist
My approach is gentle, thoughtful, and attuned to you, the individual in front of me. I work with people at all stages of life who are looking to explore what’s going on beneath the surface—whether that’s around identity, relationships, intimacy, or the lasting impact of early experiences.
Some of the areas I often support people with include:
-
Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck
-
Struggles in relationships—whether romantic, family, or social
-
Imposter syndrome and low self-worth
-
Managing anger or intense emotions
-
Grieving the loss of someone or something important
I am particularly experienced and keen to support you if:
-
you feel distant from your family, or you find it hard to connect with straight peers
-
you find it hard to reconcile sexuality with faith or spiritual background and want these to feel more integrated
-
you are navigating issues around sex addiction or chemsex, especially where there’s shame, secrecy, or a sense of isolation
- you are an older person struggling with the loss of a partner or loved one
While these are areas I care deeply about, they’re just part of the picture. Whoever you are, and whatever you’re facing, I aim to offer a space where you can feel truly heard—without pressure, without judgment—so that you can begin to find a path that feels more authentic and manageable.

MSc Psychodynamic Psychotherapy | University of London | |
I hold an MSc in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of London, alongside degrees from Oxford University and the University of East Anglia. I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
My rigorous training and reflective practice is grounded in the psychodynamic tradition, which means I pay close attention to how past experiences and relationships might be influencing your present. I listen with care and curiosity, offering a calm, confidential environment where difficult or confusing feelings can be explored safely and without judgement.
Together we can think about what feels stuck, what’s hurting, and what change might look like for you.
Sessions are held in-person in Central London or online, depending on your needs. I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation so we can explore whether working together feels like a good fit.

Initial Consultation – £110
This in-depth session lasts up to an hour and can take place in person or online. It’s a chance to explore what you're seeking from therapy, consider your current circumstances, and reflect on past experiences that may be shaping your present. We’ll also use this time to think together about how we might work going forward, and agree on the frequency and structure of any ongoing sessions.
Ongoing Sessions – £90
Sessions last 50 minutes and are held weekly, either in person or online.
I may be able to offer reduced fee sessions depending on individual circumstances—please feel free to ask.
