About the Therapist
I primarily offer an integrative approach to therapy in order to support you in achieving your goals. I work with a wide variety of sexual and gender identities, as well as a variety of presenting concerns in the therapy room, whether it's related to identity, mental wellbeing, or both. My approach to therapy is tailored to the individual, I always invite discussion regarding goals and what you may want to see in your therapy.
I aim to create a safe and judgement free space for you, as you and your feelings are important. Anyone reading this is deserving of a space to explore themselves, their identity and mental health, in a place tailored to make them feel comfortable, with a person who makes them feel seen. Â

An integrative approach means I like to combine aspects of a multitude of therapies in order to find the specific approach that works you, since we are all individual. I always invite discussion within therapy, as well as openness about what does/doesn't work for you! My approach to people is always to show care and openness, to listen and understand.Â
