About the Therapist
I’m a Psychodynamic Therapist, Fellow of Coaching at the McLean Hospital (Psychiatric affiliate of Harvard Medical School), Certified by Robbins-Madanes in Strategic Intervention Coaching, Certified by the Gottman Institute as a Gottman Relationship Therapist (using the Gottman Method), a Practitioner of Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), a Practitioner of Compassionate Inquiry (CI) and a INELDA Certified end-of-life Doula.
My practice is hybrid offering support in person, online and for most -- a combination.
I practice primarily in London (Covent Garden and White City), can visit your office or workplace or can meet at any Soho House worldwide.
Underpinning my work is a deep understanding of human psychology, having completed a Masters of Applied Psychology (MSPsy) at Stanford University and diploma of Social Science at the University of Southampton. I was also trained as a professional Actor with the National Youth Theatre of Great Britain and RADA.
Before starting my practice, I had over 10 years experience working in strategy consulting, operations and marketing and co-founded two technology ventures.

Although I offer individual sessions, I usually propose 3, 6 or 12 month engagements with weekly or biweekly (every other week) for the deep, ongoing work and commitment needed for most clients. These engagements are bespoke and designed for each client, and the individual needs and level of support required. The rates are also my best, bringing down the cost by around 30% based on individual rate.
For non-engagement fees, I have a three tier structure for each session;Â
Reduced: £75 per 75-minute session
(25% of my practice is reserved for reduced fee tier, specifically for low income)
Individual: £190 per 75-minute session
(most clients pay the individual rate, which is £115-145 within an engagement)
Standard: £325 per 75-minute session
(where there is a commercial interest in the work or for couples counselling sessions - 90 mins)
