After a 40-year career specialising in working with Gender, Sex and Relationship Diverse (GSRD) clients, I'm now focussing my practice on educating and supporting the next generation of therapists working with the LGBTIQA+ communities. I have a broad experience in sex, sexuality and diverse sexualities/practices, incl BDSM/Kink. I've experience helping therapists work with Out of Control Sexual Behaviour and. Chemsex. I'm also interested in managing personal and professional boundaries from living and working within our communities.

Experience and approach:

Having co-edited five textbooks on therapy with LGBTQIA+ clients, I am fairly familiar with most of the established therapeutic approaches. My core training was Person-Centred, although much of my early supervision was psychodynamic/analytic. So I work integratively, adopting a norm-critical, sex and gender-affirmative stance where we trust the client. I've been recognised by a leading American university as one of fifty gender and sexual health revolutionaries worldwide.
