About the Therapist
I am a qualified and experienced therapist with experience of working with LGBT+ issues and problems such as anxiety, depression and anger management. I can help you to overcome your problems in a friendly, accepting and non-judgemental environment. Â We all need help during difficult times. A lot of people feel anxious, unhappy, overwhelmed or stressed out at some point and find that they need a bit of support, and being LGBT+ can be very difficult sometimes. Coming to therapy allows you to talk over your problems and to work out how you can make the changes that you would like to see in your life.
I am available for appointments in person in Glasgow, online or over the phone. I am normally free on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday mornings and all day on Fridays.

I have a Diploma in Counselling and Groupwork from the Centre of Therapy in Glasgow and a Certificate in Counselling Skills from Glasgow Caledonian University.
