About the Therapist
As an integrative therapist I tailor my approach to each client, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches and techniques to improve wellbeing and self-awareness. I have helped many people who were:Â questioning or struggling with their sexuality and/or gender identity, feeling anxious, depressed or low in self-confidence- experiencing relationship, work or career issues, or at a crossroads in their life and seeking a more fulfilling future.

I identify as gay and cisgendered and my preferred pronouns are he/him.
I have been in practice for 10 years and have significant experience working with adults of all ages. Alongside my private practice, I have previously worked as a counsellor at the Centre for Better Health, a charity that supports well-being and recovery from mental ill-health.
In Bristol my client base is mainly, but not exclusively LGBTQ. I offer a safe and non-judgemental space in which to explore issues and develop tools and strategies to help you achieve your goals.
In our first meeting we will look at what brings you to therapy and explore what you hope to gain from counselling. I will be interested in hearing more about you and you will be able to ask about how I work. We can discuss how counselling might be able to support you and how we might work together in a collaborative way. Your first session will be charged at a reduced rate of £30.Our sessions will last fifty minutes and take place at the same time each week. There is no rule about how long therapy should last - it can range from a few weeks to a number of years and it is always your choice as to how long you wish to keep coming.
