I am trained in integrative psychotherapy, which means that I apply different theoretical models to the way that I think and work. This includes how we can safely guide the sometimes conflicting parts of your inner-world into an integrated, harmonious whole. Depending on what best suits your needs, you may, for example, experience me spotting patterns of relationships in your life. Our therapeutic relationship can then become a space to safely explore newer, healthier ways for you to be-in-relationship. Or I may invite you into the ever-present experience of your bodily feelings and sensations, which can nurture autonomy and enhance your capacity for self-reflection and awareness. And sometimes I'll just listen, perhaps because no one has listened to you before.
