About the Therapist
Counselling is a fantastic tool for gaining clarity, processing pain and trauma, and discovering more about ourselves and what it means to be human. It can give us the confidence and resolve to make important life decisions and put us on the path to inner contentment. As a therapist, I seek to facilitate this by providing a non-judgemental, confidential space in which the client can feel supported and develop greater awareness of themselves and the world around them.
I believe it is important for clients to find the right counsellor to support them on their journey, so please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions, queries or concerns.
My therapy rooms are in Islington (near Angel) and the City of London (near Liverpool Street).
After embarking on my own counselling journey, and experiencing the benefits of the practice, I decided to pursue counselling as a career because I wanted to help others. I have always been socially conscious and I see counselling and psychotherapy as a force for positive social change that can change lives and communities. Since starting my work, I have learnt so much about the experience of others, and witnessed profound change in clients, which has confirmed to me the importance of counselling, making me a more determined advocate for mental health awareness.
