As a therapist my role is to offer you a safe space for you to share whatever you wish to bring. I will always endeavour to offer an open-heart without judgement and at the same time some gentle challenge to any blind-spots, to help you gain more clarity and understanding.

Together, we can work collaboratively on your issues to help you gain a deeper sense of wellbeing. I see every person as the expert of their own lives with the ability to develop a strong and healthy sense of self-worth. To help us work in the Here-and-Now, whilst respecting any unresolved difficulties from the past, I use a blend of theoretical models to maintain an holistic awareness.

Experience and approach:

I offer an Integrative Humanistic Counselling Service, both online and face to face. This means I offer a blend of counselling approaches to meet your individual needs, and I continue to incorporate other models as well. Above all else, I endeavour to offer you empathy, honesty, acceptance and respect.

I mainly refer to the Gestalt, Transactional Analysis and Person-Centred models to help you work through your concerns. Additionally, I also incorporate Imago Relationship Therapy, and some Psychodynamic and Solution-Focussed approaches as appropriate.
