Jade Taaffe
About the Therapist
Hi, I'm Jade (she/her) I am therapeutically trained in humanistic approaches with an emphasis on existential philosophy and how we experience emotions through the body.
Though I work with a broad range of clients, my expertise lies within neurodiversity and I have worked within charities and organisations supporting people with varied and complex needs for over 7 years.
Currently, I volunteer as a counsellor for an LGBTQ+ mental health charity. I’m passionate about providing access to therapy for marginalised groups and my community.
I also draw from my background as a musician to collaborate with creatives, supporting you to overcome obstacles to your artistic expression.
