Experience and approach:

I am a counsellor trained in both psychodynamic and person-centred approaches. I often work psychodynamically, exploring the connection between the past and the present. Other times, work with clients stays more in the here and now, grappling with confusing, painful experiences, emerging or developed identities, and relationships. I specialise in issues facing the LGBTQ+ community (especially transgender folks) as well as complex trauma and dissociation.
