My approach to therapy is based upon what is going to be helpful for you as you are now and where you would like to get to.
Externalising our struggles can help us reach greater compassion and understanding which will help us to face the challenges in our lives. This is because a healthy therapeutic relationship is key to therapy and through this we collaborate to understand and make sense of what is happening for you.Â
My approach is to work collaboratively with you to help you achieve your objectives and to help you develop a more understanding and compassion for yourself.Â
