About the Therapist
About the therapist:
I'm an integrative therapist and psychosexual and relationship therapist, working with individuals and couples in Hove and online. Alongside my private practice, I work part-time in an NHS sexual health clinic.
I trained integratively, bringing together humanistic, psychodynamic, and CBT approaches, and draw particularly on Compassion Focused Therapy, ACT, and mindfulness in my work. With couples, I work mainly in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT). A lot of what I work with comes back to attachment and love: how we connect, why it sometimes goes wrong, and what gets in the way of intimacy.
I work with people from all walks of life and have a particular interest in supporting LGBTQIA+, trans and non-binary clients, and those in ENM or kink/BDSM communities.
