Yaa Yeboah-Newton MBACP Accredited Integrative Counsellor/Therapist
About the Therapist
Rarely do we have opportunities to be witnessed and witness each other. My practice is grounded in relational psychodynamic, body and person-centered psychotherapy. I view my approach as an embodied-relational integrative counsellor who incorporates a trauma-informed approach.
In our work, I invite you to bear witness to yourself, your experiences, your joy and your pain. Breath, creativity, the body and being in communion will be our anchors.
Drawing from my training and life experiences, I facilitate a co-created environment that honours all that you are, moving toward healing and peace. I aim to help you strengthen your sense of self and develop trust in your resilience and autonomy.
All that you are is welcome here.
