I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in counselling from the The Psychosynthesis Trust (PGDip awarded by Middlesex University.) I am a registered accredited member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and work in accordance with their ethical framework.

Experience and approach:

My Psychosynthesis training is integrative, encompassing various modalities and drawing from all the schools of psychology. My focus is relational, meaning I attune to each clients relational needs and draw on the relationship between us to inform the work. I weave in aspects of the person-centred approach too, embodying the core conditions of empathy, unconditional positive regard and congruence (genuineness).

I have 8 years counselling experience, including a year as a volunteer counsellor at London Friend, and am a registered accredited member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and my work is inline with their ethical framework.
