Rebecca
About the Therapist
My name is Rebecca (she/her) and I am a qualified, Person-Centred Counsellor, I aim to provide a safe, supportive environment in which you will have the opportunity to explore and reflect on your challenges and experiences and how they impact your life. I will work with you to help you understand yourself better and support your personal development. I am a late diagnosed Autistic and Dyslexic person and understand how important it is to find a space to be heard and validated. I support those within the LGBTQIA+ community including relationally diverse, non-monogamous and KINK positive clients.
I have experience of helping clients with a range of issues including depression, stress and anxiety, loss and bereavement. I also hold a Level 5 GSRD (gender sex and relational diversity) certificate, and have undergone Complex Trauma Training.
I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without judgement.
I provide a service from my counselling rooms in South Birmingham (B13/B30), UK or online.
