Hello, my name is Kane.

I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely without shame. Together, we will explore your experiences to gain deeper insight, make sense of your challenges and build your confidence, to take meaningful steps toward healing and personal growth.

I am an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist and registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). My practice is based in North London Kentish Town NW5 and Barking Riverside IG11. With a Master’s degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and over 3 years experience working with clients, I believe the journey to healing is through authentic human connection. This is why my approach to therapy is deeply routed in a two-person, co-created relationship between me and my clients.

Having attended therapy myself, I have experienced the therapeutic relationship that supported me during a time when I struggled to feel connected in a world that didn’t seem made for me. Now as a relational therapist, I value the importance of the authentic relationship I had with my therapist and it’s healing power when I felt disconnected from the world that felt overwhelming and uncertain.

As a queer person, I deeply respect diversity and have worked with people from diverse cultural backgrounds, ages, genders and sexualities. I work with a range of challenges, including: anxiety, depression, stress, relational conflicts, sex and relationships, neurodiversity, identity exploration (including sexuality and gender), low-self esteem, addiction, finding purpose, loneliness, belonging.

What to expect when working with me:

Sessions are 50 minutes long and can be conducted face-to-face (NW5) or online.

We will meet weekly, with flexibility for short-term or long-term/open-ended therapy.

Before our first session, I offer a free 20-minute consultation where we can discuss your goals for therapy and I can answer any questions you may have.

I aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
