Hi, I’m Kane. My therapy approach is integrative and collaborative. I begin gently and person-centred, focusing on helping you feel safe, heard and understood. As our work develops, we may explore deeper patterns, including how earlier experiences shape the ways you relate to yourself and others now. Ultimately, I believe therapy is bespoke to you and your personal experiences. I see therapy as a space where difficult experiences can be spoken about openly, sometimes for the first time, and where new ways of understanding yourself can begin to emerge.
