Experience and approach:

With 9 years of experience, I practice integratively, drawing from psychodynamic, relational, body psychotherapy, and humanistic approaches. I don't judge or give advice, I listen and create a supportive, welcoming and curious space for you to share all parts of yourself. We'll explore how the 'there and then' connects to the 'here and now', whilst gently inquiring into how those formative years shaped you.

I adapt my approach to align with what you want to get out of therapy. I believe therapy is a creative, collaborative process that's co-created between us, with no one-size-fits-all outcomes. I have worked with clients on anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, various forms of trauma, bereavement, sexuality and gender issues.

As an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, I provide an open, non-judgmental space where all parts of you are welcomed and respected.
