About the Therapist
In our work together, we can gently explore the aspects of your identity - sexual, gendered, cultural, relational and beyond - and how these impact you. We can look at how internalised messages, shame, family expectations and societal pressures may be creating blocks to your well-being and work towards healing, self-acceptance and a way of living that feels authentic and empowering for you.
For couples and relationship partners (whatever the structure) I provide a respectful and balances space to strengthen communication, rebuild trust and navigate challenge together. Whether you are facing conflict, life transitions or simply want to deepen your connection, I support you in creating the kind of relationship that feels secure, loving and aligns with your values.

It can feel difficult to start with counselling, so let me start by saying the work we do will be guided by your own choices and needs. You can express these in a confidential space of emotional safety and we can explore what is happening for you and better understand it.
together we can define and move towards your goals at a pace that suits you and feels safe to you. I work in a way that is affirming and non-judgemental to navigate the questions and challenges that come up for you.
I am an integrative therapist, able to choose and work in a modality best suited to you and your needs. It may be that we use a range of techniques depending on the different concerns you are dealing with. This is always done with your emotional safety at the heart of the process and with respect for your autonomy and individuality.
I have specialist qualifications in couples counselling and working in LGBTQ+, culturally diverse and neurodiverse communities.
I am also a qualified psychosexual therapist and can use this knowledge and experience to guide our work in a sex positive and kink friendly way.
