Dr Jennifer Richards
About the Therapist
Beginning therapy can feel daunting; my intention is to stand alongside you and hold you and your difficulties with gentleness and sensitivity. I offer a compassionate, non-judgemental and trusting space from which we can explore together the issues impacting you. I take an affirming stance towards aspects of identity, including sexuality and gender, holding in mind the different cultural and social contexts in which we live and how multiple intersecting identities may impact your wellbeing. I believe in the transformative potential of conversations which celebrate and support you living life in the way you choose.
