Experience and approach:

Therapy is a space for you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, your identity and how you relate to the world around you. I work integratively, drawing on different approaches tailored to your needs. Sessions move at your pace, allowing us to explore the challenges you’re facing in the present and notice recurring patterns in how you think, feel and connect to others. This process can develop greater self-awareness, enabling meaningful change.

I have had experience supporting LGBTQ+ clients in organisations such as Mind, Arcus LGBTQ+ and Samaritans. My work has involved engaging with the unique societal issues our community can face, including anxiety, shame, the pressures of navigating gender identity and sexuality, substance use, and the challenges of living authentically within a broader social context.
