As a queer person myself, you can be absolutely sure you will be supported, accepted, and fully embraced in our therapy sessions. As well as my own lived experience of queerness, I have also provided hundreds of hours of counselling to people within our community dealing with a wide variety of issues.
At times it can feel we’re holding everything in and feel unable to talk to anyone, or there’s a lot going on and we need the space and time to process it. We might be reflecting on events from the past and thinking about how they might have impacted us, or that we’re struggling with anxiety, depression or fluctuations in mood. I can provide the safe and supported space for us to explore what’s going on for you and find ways of moving forward that feel right.
