Experience and approach:

I’ve worked a lot with people living through trauma, anxiety, addiction, and relationship struggles — as well as those wanting to understand themselves better or move through a big life change.

I also have specialist experience working with male survivors of sexual violence and with men around porn addiction, chemsex, sexuality and intimacy. Couples often come to me when communication breaks down or connection feels lost. Whatever the reason for reaching out, I will help you find new ways to move forward.
