I hold a Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling. I have also done extra training to support people affected by trauma, abuse, self-harm, suicide, and emotional distress. This helps me to adjust our work to fit your story. I aim to create a safe space where you can feel heard, seen and understood.
