I bring my personal and professional experience with over ten years experience providing psychotherapy to adults. I use a integrative approach that is tailored to you, collaborative, affirming and based on what works well for you. I have have particular experience working with a wide range of issues such as health anxiety, panic disorder, agoraphobia, general anxiety and depression, OCD, social anxiety, stress, fears and phobias, self esteem, relationship issues, grief, body image and trauma, as well as gender and sexual identity. I am LGBTQIA+ and relationship diversity affirming.
