Before retraining as a therapist in 2018, I worked in the NHS as a senior manager and executive coach. I have provided coaching and supervision to senior clinicians in medical, nursing, and allied health profession disciplines for nearly 20 years before transitioning into private practice. The addition of clinical supervision models to pre-existing coaching practice has enabled me to develop a supportive developmental style of coaching that will suit a wide variety of modalities.
