Experience and approach:

My work is rooted in a collaborative, trauma‑informed and queer‑affirmative approach. I support clients with a wide range of experiences, including sexuality and gender exploration, coming out, relationship diversity (including non‑monogamy), and navigating systems that can feel marginalising or invalidating. I am especially mindful of those who feel fluid, in‑between, or outside traditional labels. Together, we will work at your pace, focusing on what matters most to you, and building a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, autonomy and care.
