I work with people who want a space where they can show up as they are, without having to justify their identity, manage someone else’s comfort or educate their therapist. I offer a calm, thoughtful and affirming space to slow things down and make sense of what’s going on for you.

Hi, I am Krissy. Bisexual, non‑binary, queer and neurodivergent therapist. I offer a space where you don’t have to translate yourself or minimise your experience. Clients often describe feeling relief working with me, someone who understands identity, shame, trauma and survival from lived experience. I have lived experience of contemplating transition, top surgery and hormone replacements. I have lived experience as a woman first and then as non-binary and what that means for me. I have worked with trans, non-binary, intersex and bisexual clients; as well as those questioning, transitioning and offer sex positive and gender affirming therapeutic space.  

I provide a confidential and non-judgemental space, where my clients can explore their concerns at their own pace. I support my clients with a wide range of issues including, but not limited to anxiety, depression, bereavement, bereavement by suicide, abuse, eating disorders, LGBTQI+, race, neurodiversity, disability, relationship/family issues, work stress and trauma.
