I support my clients with a wide range of issues including, but not limited to anxiety, depression, bereavement, bereavement by suicide, abuse, eating disorders, LGBTQI+, race, neurodiversity, disability, relationship/family issues, work stress and trauma.

Hi, I am Krissy. Bisexual, non‑binary, queer and neurodivergent therapist. I offer a space where you don’t have to translate yourself or minimise your experience. Clients often describe feeling relief working with me, someone who understands identity, shame, trauma and survival from lived experience. I have lived experience of contemplating transition, top surgery and hormone replacements. I have lived experience as a woman first and then as non-binary and what that means for me. I have worked with trans, non-binary, intersex and bisexual clients; as well as those questioning, transitioning and offer sex positive and gender affirming therapeutic space.  

I’m James Kernan, a BACP registered integrative psychotherapist with over 15 years’ experience working with adults. I offer LGBTQ+ affirmative psychotherapy, providing a warm, thoughtful and non-judgemental space where sexuality, gender and identity can be explored without assumptions. My approach is person-centred and relational, shaped around you rather than a fixed way of working. I have particular experience in addiction and recovery, mental and emotional wellbeing, relationships, identity, shame and belonging. I’m based in Belfast and currently offer online psychotherapy to adults across Northern Ireland and the UK.
