About the Therapist
As a trans man who grew up in a collectivist culture, I bring a personal understanding of some of the complexities that can come with navigating identity, sexuality, family, and belonging. There can be tension between discovering who we are, how we would like to live, and the expectations or relationships that are important to us.
These experiences inform the sensitivity and curiosity I bring to my work, while recognising that every person's experience is their own. I aim to offer a space where you can bring all parts of yourself, without feeling that any one aspect of your identity needs to define you.

I have several years' experience working in mental health services across West London, supporting people experiencing a range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, questions around identity, and periods of feeling stuck or disconnected from themselves.
You do not need to come to therapy knowing exactly what is wrong or what you would like to change. Sometimes we begin simply by making space for what has been happening and trying to understand it together.
My approach is gentle, collaborative, and relational, with the therapeutic relationship at the heart of my work. I believe therapy is something we explore together. My role is to listen with curiosity and care, helping you make sense of what feels difficult and to create space for parts of your experience that may have been hard to express or understand.
I work integratively, which means I draw from different therapeutic approaches depending on you and what you bring. This may involve exploring how earlier relationships and experiences continue to shape the way you see yourself and relate to others, noticing patterns that may have developed as ways of coping, or paying attention to what is happening between us in the room. At other times, our work may focus more on what you are experiencing in the present and finding practical ways of managing things that currently feel overwhelming.
Therapy can also be a place to explore identity, sexuality, gender, relationships, family, culture, and belonging without assuming that any one part of your identity explains everything about you. I recognise that these experiences can intersect in complicated ways, and I aim to meet them with openness, sensitivity, and respect.
I hope to offer a space where you can be curious about yourself without judgement, including parts of yourself that may feel contradictory, uncertain, difficult, or unfinished. Together, we can begin to understand what you need and support you in finding a way forward that feels safe and meaningful to you.
