I’m warm, thoughtful and down-to-earth. I can sit with silence, tears, anger, uncertainty and humour. You don’t have to perform therapy or worry about saying the wrong thing with me.

As a queer person, I know how tiring it can be to have parts of your life questioned or misunderstood. I won’t assume what your identity means to you, though. I’d rather get to know you and the world as you experience it.

What matters to me is building a relationship where you can gradually be more honest about what you feel and need, including things you might not have felt able to say elsewhere.

My approach is person-centred. That means I won’t tell you who to be or treat you as a problem to fix. I’ll listen carefully, be honest with you, and work alongside you to make sense of what’s happening.

Some people come with something specific they want to talk about. Others know that things feel difficult but can’t quite put their finger on why. Both are welcome. We can take time to understand what matters to you, at a pace that feels manageable.
