Hi, I’m Peter, a qualified integrative therapist with experience working with a diverse range of clients. My practice provides a safe, inclusive, and affirming space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgement. As a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, I bring both personal insight and professional expertise to my work. I’m committed to offering compassionate, tailored support, with a focus on meeting the unique needs of LGBTQ+ individuals. Whether navigating identity, relationships, or personal growth, I’ll work with you to build self-awareness, resilience, and empowerment in a way that feels authentic and meaningful.
I am a qualified BACP psychotherapist/Counsellor and an almost qualified Counselling Psychologist as well as an LGBTQIA+ community member. I offer a warm, accepting, and non-judgemental therapeutic space and I work integratively from a trauma-informed perspective drawing on different therapeutic modalities depending on your needs, goals and preferences (including person-centred, CBT, CFT, Narrative and also utilise some elements of DBT and SFT). My practice is both LGBTQIA+ and Neurodivergent affirmative and I have lived, worked and been educated in four different countries so I am used to and value different communication and interactional styles.
What would you like to talk about today? It’s a common enough starting point in counselling sessions, but it is rarely a question with an easy answer. I offer sessions at Brixton, London Bridge and via Google Meet, offering short-term and long-term counselling, and offer a free half-hour initial appointment.
If you don’t seem to fit in, negotiating a hetero-normative world can be difficult. As a gay man I understand this, and offer a safe environment for LGBTQI+ people explore their issues. These might be specific, existential, spiritual or exploratory. They may, or may not, be related to your identity or social role. With a practical and academic background in narrative and ‘storying the self’ I am interested in helping you to tell your authentic story and live life more fully.
I am queer and bisexual, have been kink-active and exploring nonmonogamy for over a decade, and developed a particular focus on working with nonmonogamy and alternative relationships, kink, BDSM and Queer/ LGBTQIA+ identities.
I am a Counsellor and Psychotherapist working online. You may be struggling with a specific issue or pattern of behaviour and know already what you would like to talk about. Alternatively, you may be feeling down and low and need support with processing your feelings and emotions. Counselling may be able to offer a fresh perspective, or support you to make changes needed to get you to a better place. I work with people from all backgrounds, in a range of areas. I have worked closely with male issues and have experience working with gender diversity and LGBT+ issues.
I’m Max (he/him), a queer counsellor working with LGBTQ+ adults who feel disconnected – from community, from relationships, from themselves. I work online and in-person in King’s Cross and Croydon. I particularly understand the “am I queer enough?” question, the exhaustion of masking, and the isolation that comes from navigating spaces that weren’t built for you.I also work with creative professionals dealing with the pressures, precarity, and loneliness of arts work – something I know firsthand from my years in that world before becoming a counsellor.
Hi, I’m Angel Abitha Chi. I bring both professional experience and lived understanding to my work. Having navigated my own experiences of pain and trauma, I understand how sensitivity can feel overwhelming or burdensome and how, with care and support, it can become a source of strength, insight, and resilience. I am particularly drawn to working with people who identify as sensitive, empathic, or deeply feeling, and I support clients in reframing these qualities as meaningful aspects of who they are rather than something to be “fixed.”
