These are small groups held in comfortable settings where the support and encouragement of other LGBTQIA people can help you express yourself, relate to others, and make deep and meaningful connections in a therapeutically held group. Hello, I am Niki D and a psychotherapist with over 30 years of experience. I work as a GSRD relationship therapist with people in open and polyamorous relationships as well as those in monogamous relationships who are struggling with some aspect of their relational dynamic. I run in-person GSRD therapy groups in Dalston E8 and in Holborn WC1. I am a therapeutic supervisor and hold a monthly supervision group for therapists of any modality in Dalston.

I have experience, training and knowledge about LGBTQIA+, kink/BDSM, polyamory / non-monogamy, neurodiversity and other variations in gender, sexuality and relationships. Generally this is only context, but given the societal lack of understanding and oppression, legal and otherwise, diversity or uniqueness often come up. I work with individuals, couples and larger intimately related groups. Specialisations: relationships; trauma and dissociation; ways in which the body-mind expresses itself somatically; cultural differences. I have forensic experience. I am deeply non-judgemental about “criminal” records, “offences” and accusations. Sex work is work; sex workers are most welcome.
