Hi, I’m Toni. I offer a safe, confidential space in which to untangle your feelings and to think about experiences in a different light. I’m an experienced, friendly and compassionate queer therapist and supervisor. I can work creatively offering visual ways to explore or express yourself and to externalise your feelings.
I am an accredited Cognitive Analytic Therapist (CAT) and Mental Health Nurse. I draw upon all of my experience of working with a variety of people since 2006 in order to offer a compassionate space for personal growth and reflection. As a gay man myself, I also have an appreciation of some of the joys and challenges that come along with this.
I am an experienced psychodynamic therapist who offers a warm, thoughtful, and relational approach to therapy. I believe change happens within a safe and genuine connection, where curiosity, compassion, and attention to unconscious processes and relational patterns are central. I also consider the broader psychosocial context, including family, culture, work, and social power dynamics, because these shape how patterns, feelings, and behaviours develop. Together, we can explore experiences from both past and present, using the therapy relationship as a space to understand these dynamics.
Hi! Welcome. Step into my bio. My practice creates a safe place for clients to reflect, process and celebrate all aspects of themselves. As I’m integratively trained, I create bespoke therapeutic approaches for each individual client, with their collaboration. This world is often overwhelming, and I support clients in developing a space to slow down and breathe. As for me, I’m originally Australian but have been in London for 21 years now so my accent is quite odd, I’m kind, generous, really quite funny and I swear more than I probably should.

I’m a neurodivergent, non-monogamous, queer and trans therapist. I know what it’s like to feel anxious, overwhelmed, low or just plain exhausted by trying to exist in a world that isn’t designed with us in mind. The things that affect you often affect me too — I don’t sit above you as “the expert.” Instead, I bring my own lived experience alongside my training and tools as a therapist. My style is relaxed and friendly, with space for humour and honesty as much as gentleness. Sessions often include a lot of “me too, I get it” moments, because I really
