I understand that life can be tough, especially when past experiences and family dynamics continue to impact the present. Sometimes, these factors alone may not fully explain what you’re going through. My approach goes beyond individual symptoms by considering external stressors and internalised forms of oppression. With a background in sexual health and HIV research, I also bring experience in addressing the emotional and psychological challenges specific to these areas.
