Hi, I’m Emma. I’m a qualified Integrative Art Psychotherapist (UKCP, HCPC, BAAT), currently offering sessions in-person and online. I provide a safe and creative space for mental health support, self-exploration and growth. I have experience helping with a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, neurodiversity, stress, life changes, grief, and experiences of unstable mood. Being LGBTQ+ can bring additional challenges. As a LGBTQ+ therapist I have supported many LGBTQ+ clients with experiences of homo/bi/transphobia, discrimination, identity, sexuality, gender and low self esteem. Art Psychotherapy uses a mixture of talking and art-making in sessions.
Hello, I’m Leah, I’m a SE London based LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent affirmative intergrative therapist who is relatable and supportive, holding your wellbeing at the centre of my practice. I will bring empathy, humour and enthusiasm as we work together looking for ways to help you move from surviving to thriving.
I see clients face-to-face in my room in Shoreditch, for weekly sessions. I’ve worked with all genders and offer a space where you can talk about whatever you like. My role is to help you understand yourself, so that you might one day be able to live more spontaneously, unshackled by what has come before, and unafraid of what is around the corner.Â
An integrative therapist in private practice in Ealing, West London, W5 and Online. I offer a confidential, non-judgemental  and considerate space that helps you fell at ease to explore the issues and concerns in your life. I can facilitate the exploration of various topics including but not limited to: the connection between the body and mind – diversity which may include culture, race, gender and sexuality – trauma and abuse occurred in childhood or passed down the generations – the transpersonal – psychedelic and somatic integration – loss and grief
As a psychosexual therapist, I aim to help you improve emotional and physical intimacy, including helping you overcome or manage any sexual difficulties you’re experiencing. I offer inclusive and affirming therapy. I am sex-positive, kink-knowledgeable, and sex-worker-allied. I work with all cultures, sexualities, relationship models and gender identities. The acceptance of LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, kink, non-monogamous, and other non-traditional relationships is evolving, changing how we understand love, intimacy, and sexuality. Yet, this field may feel unfamiliar territory for both clients and many therapists. Finding the right therapist when exploring these areas of life and love is essential.
I am an Integrative, Relational Therapist working with individuals, couples and people in relationship. I am based in Brighton and can work with people nationally, online, as well as in person. I work with people individually, and people in relationship. I work with people in monogamous relationships, poly and consensual non monogamous relationships, siblings and families. I work from an affirming position where I offer space and time to reflect on who and how we are, and changes we wish to make.
I am interested in working with people from all walks of life, with a particular interest in topics that are still considered taboo in society, and want client’s to be able to have their own voice. I am currently undertaking a psycho-sexual therapy diploma in order to broaden my knowledge and work with wider groups. I am also completing a shorter course in Kink / BDSM.

Making the choice to seek out counselling can be a hard step in its own right, having to then find a counsellor you feel safe with when going through some of your most difficult moments can be very daunting. Your reasons for seeking counselling can be well known to you but sometimes it can be as vague as knowing something feels wrong but not knowing what or why. Talking about these feelings can help bring them into focus and enable us to work together through these difficult times. I work with adults on a wide range of issues surrounding identity,
Well, hello, I’m Sarah. I’m a BACP registered counsellor and therapist. I’ve always been intrigued by what motivates us humans to do what we do. After a long career researching consumer behaviour in the corporate world, circumstances led me to seek therapy to help with a crisis in my personal life. Having the support of a therapist and a safe and confidential place to explore what was going on for me was transformative. It not only helped me to reconnect with who I really was, it also gave me a desire to live more authentically with those around me. I
