Hello, and thank you for visiting my profile. As an experienced counsellor, I recognise that everyone comes to therapy with their own unique story. We’ve all lived different lives, shaped by a wide range of experiences — and I honour that in the way I work. My approach is integrative, which means I draw from a variety of therapeutic models and techniques to offer a style of counselling that’s tailored specifically to you. There’s no one-size-fits-all in therapy, and I’ll work with you to find what feels right, supportive, and effective for your personal journey. You can find more information
Hello! I’m Claire. I am a Senior Accredited Counsellor providing safe and supportive online counselling sessions. I work with a wide range of people but I specialise in working with individuals from the LGBTQ+ and GSRD community, those who are neurodivergent (or think they might be) as well as Millennials and Gen Z-ers.
My name is Raj and I offer individual and couples therapy in-person in Nottingham and also online via Zoom. I am an experienced, qualified psychotherapist & counsellor, and a member of the bUKCP. I have a wealth of experience working with LGBTQIA+ clients, initially as a volunteer therapist at a LGBTQIA+ charity and now in private practice. I also a registered provider for those with BUPA and AXA health insurance.
I started as a therapist in London, gaining experience in alcohol and drug addiction and intercultural therapy. This allowed me to work with clients from various nationalities, faiths, sexual orientations and mental health concerns. While in Singapore I deepened the experience by seeing individuals, couples, dyads and families for therapeutic interventions. I complimented my experience by volunteering and attending to the needs of young adults and social workers within NGOs in Singapore. Here, I also gained valuable experience in working with the LGBTQ+ community. Primarily because it was a community that experienced a lack of safety/security, and discrimination and also
I am a Gay male Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist based in East Dulwich, South London. Hi, I’m Jay, a counsellor working in Cornwall & online. I love this work, I love working with people who need a place to be themselves, in a way that the world so often doesn’t allow. I have over 40 years experience of providing psychodynamic psychotherapy within the NHS, private practice and the criminal justice system. During this time, I have worked with people to improve their quality of life by overcoming emotional and psychological difficulties particularly in relation to anxiety, depression and sexuality. In addition, I have considerable experience of assisting individuals with challenging issues relating to chemsex, pornography, involvement in the adult industries, problematic sexual behaviour, religious trauma, PTSD, moral injury and offending behaviour. I have full clinical membership of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and the Foundation for Psychotherapy & Counselling
I am passionate about providing a culturally sensitive therapy space for diverse folk who fall outside of normative cisgender, heterosexual norms, as I do. I want therapy to be a space where you can explore your gender and sexual identities as much or as little as you need to, alongside any other issues and feelings that are drawing you to seek support.
