I’m experienced in helping people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, loneliness or sex and relationship difficulties. I’m a lead psychologist for NHS services and have a background in specialist services for sexual health. I understand how looking for a therapist can be daunting, possibly quite overwhelming. I therefore offer a free initial telephone consultation of 15-20 minutes. This gives us an opportunity to talk about what you’re struggling with and how I could help before deciding whether to book further sessions. I’m currently accepting new clients for online therapy on weekday evenings.
I offer friendly and confidential in-depth psychotherapy. The aim of my practice is to help you explore and understand your life situations and relationships. Hello, I am Juan and I offer talking therapy sessions. Therapy can be a meaningful process where uncovering links and revealing insights can give relief and alleviate suffering. Therapy can empower you to experience yourself as more alive and fresh. Therapy can also be tender, as it invites vulnerability and intimacy – that’s why it’s important to choose someone you feel safe with. If you get the sense you might feel safe with me, feel free to reach out. We can arrange a first meeting and take it from there.
Solution-focused, deep diving into the issue is what we’re going to get up to. I’ll use creative exercises, worksheets and good old real-life, in-person connection to help you get to wherever it is you’re going. I’m a humanistic integrative psychotherapist by qualification, but more of a holistic, trauma-informed, neurodivergent coach in practice. I can hold space for you. I can bear witness. I believe change is possible, nee inevitable. I firmly believe in person-centred (client-led) theory AND I know that when I started therapy (as a client) and still now if I’m honest, I

Hi I’m Daniel (He/Him). I’m a counsellor who provides support for people that are struggling with feelings of depression, anxiety and grief. I work with people seeking support with difficult life decisions and challenges in their relationships. Often people attend because they are feeling ‘stuck’; finding themselves arriving at the same place, despite trying really hard to change. Perhaps they are drinking, shopping or eating to cope or escape. The sex and relationships they’re having has stopped feeling safe or fulfilling. They’re doing things to ‘feel better’ while avoiding people, places or decisions due to fear or shame.
