About the therapist:

I am an integrative therapist with a particular interest in working with communities who have historically experienced power imbalance, including but not limited to; women, the LGBTQ+ community, people who are exploring neurodiversity, and those who are from the global majority.

I also work with people to navigate their journeys into or away from parenthood & I am a registered member of the British Infertility Counselling Association.

Prior to becoming a therapist I worked as a documentary director. My work won BAFTA and Emmy nominations and I bring the lived experience of delivering to high pressure clients into my therapeutic practice.

Alongside my private practice I work for a major television corporation, helping people to navigate their creative careers. I bring this knowledge into the therapeutic space.

I am a registered member of the BACP and I hold an Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Counselling from CPPD.

I also understand how hard it can be to commit to being in the same physical location every week. I specialise in remote sessions so that your therapeutic needs can be met wherever you are. I look forward to meeting you.
