About the Therapist
Grounded in a person-centred approach, I believe that you are the “expert” and I will work with you on whatever you choose to bring.
I usually work in an “open ended” way, so you have the freedom of how long we work together. Choice and autonomy is fundamental to my work.
I will let you set the pace, and decide what content to bring. I am responsible for helping you through the process as we work with your hopes and expectations.

We all have times when we feel stuck and need someone to talk to.
If you are finding life challenging, therapeutic counselling can provide you with the insight and self-awareness you are seeking.
Through my online and in-person practice, I can help you to unlock your inner potential as you work towards your hopes and goals. Contact me to arrange a free no-obligation 20 minute consultation to explore what you may be looking for, and to discuss how we could work together.
I have specialist training and experience working with a wide-range of clients, and draw on my background from counselling, mental health, men’s health, sport, addiction, disability, sexuality and LGBTQ+ work.
I will offer you a safe, trusting and supportive space for you to explore your issues, feelings and behaviours. I offer a non-judgemental and welcoming environment whatever you might bring.
