My therapeutic work draws from Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and other modalities (EMDR, & IFS), depending on a client's individual needs. These ways of exploring allow for a lot of creativity and movement in session and see the body as an integral source of information which can guide resourcing and the accessing and processing of challenging, traumatic, and developmental experience. Work together starts with a 20 minute free call to see how we connect and whether we are well matched. After this I offer weekly sessions, either short term (6-12 sessions) or open ended. Sessions can be online via Zoom/Doxy or face to face on a Wednesday (only) in Canonbury, London.

Experience and approach:

After my core training (integrative), I have since trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, EMDR and IFS to be better equipped to support clients in addressing a range of issues. Which modalities we use and in what way, is a collaborative discussion that may be fluid across time. Our work may be phased, beginning with resourcing and activities of daily living, before moving work focused on historical events that impact daily life now. I aim to help all clients to feel equipped to turn inside and explore their inner worlds, in which, I believe the answers lie.
