I have a strong emphasis on working with diversity and welcome individuals, couples, family dynamics, LGBTQIA+

I meet people with sensitivity, respect and warmth. My aim is to support each person to find their way through, resolve, or better manage whatever is concerning them.

Many of the challenges people face such as stress, depression, anxiety, hopelessness, conflict, trauma, loss, relational difficulties, grief, issues affecting intimacy, identity and sexuality, along with unhelpful patterns affecting well-being, can be managed far easier given support, awareness and understanding.

My practice integrates training, experience and knowledge to work where mental or emotional attitudes might impact well-being and intimate relational connection.

Challenging adaptations from early life or difficult experiences, often inhibit and block fruitful living. Early life events and formative beliefs are often sources of enquiry which can provide important understanding for altering behaviour.

I am committed to open minded exploration and facilitation with people seeking to expand understanding and overcome obstacles. I consider the work I do with others an open collaboration, meeting each person where they are, without judgement, to support aims and possibilities.
